Refund & Warranty Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or confirmation email).
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The customer covers return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
3. Warranty – Indoor Hydroponic Gardens
Our indoor hydroponic garden systems come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal indoor use.
To qualify for a warranty replacement:
- The product must have been purchased within the last 12 months.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The issue must not result from misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
If approved, we will provide a replacement unit or part at no additional cost. We cover shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
4. Seeds / Living Products
Because seeds and living products are consumable items, they are non-refundable once opened or used.
However, you may be eligible for a replacement if:
- No germination occurs within 21 days under proper indoor conditions.
- The product shows clear signs of disease or damage upon arrival.
Photos of the product and setup may be required to evaluate the claim. Seeds used outdoors or not according to instructions are not eligible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Photo or video of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the damage
- Your order number
Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- We cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.
7. Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation.
Orders older than 90 days are no longer eligible for claims.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
